The ASEAN-India Millet Festival is being organized from 22 to 26 November.
This festival is being organized in Jakarta, Indonesia.
It is being organized by the India Mission of ASEAN.
The festival aims to raise awareness and create a market for millet and millet-based products among ASEAN member states.
In line with the International Year of Millet celebrations, the festival aims to raise awareness and create markets for millet and millet-based products among ASEAN member countries i.e. Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar.
It is noteworthy that the year 2023 has been declared the International Millet Year by the United Nations.
