  • Apple, the veteran technology company, has made history by becoming the first company to have a market value of $3 trillion.
  • Apple, which was founded in 1976, passed the $1 trillion mark in August 2018. Apple has to travel 42 years to achieve this feat.
  • Alphabet Inc, Amazon.com Inc, and Tesla Inc all have market capitalizations that exceed $1 trillion. According to Refinitiv, the Saudi Arabian Oil Company is worth approximately $1.9 trillion.
  • Shares of Apple have increased 5,800% since January 2007, when co-founder and former CEO Steve Jobs unveiled the first iPhone.
