Apple Inc. has named Sabih Khan, an Indian-origin executive currently serving as Senior VP of Operations, as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), succeeding Jeff Williams. Born in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, and raised in Singapore before moving to the U.S., Khan will officially assume the role later this month as part of Apple’s planned leadership succession.
