Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the two-day Anti-Terror Conference on 26 December 2025 in New Delhi, organised by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) under the Ministry of Home Affairs. Guided by the Prime Minister’s vision of zero tolerance for terrorism, the conference brings together intelligence agencies, operational forces, and legal, forensic and technical experts. It focuses on strengthening inter-agency coordination through a ‘Whole of Government’ approach, sharing best investigative practices, tackling terror financing, countering radicalisation, and developing future-ready counter-terrorism strategies to safeguard national security.
