India’s ace javelin thrower Annu Rani secured a gold medal at the International Wiesław Maniak Memorial in Poland with a season-best throw of 62.59 meters. The Asian Games gold medallist opened with a strong 60.96m throw, later improving it in her second attempt to 62.59m, followed by another commendable 60.07m attempt. The 32-year-old dominated the field with consistent high-performance throws.
