Union Home Minister Amit Shah laid the foundation for the Special Operations Training Centre (SOTC) of the NSG in Manesar, Haryana, and announced a new NSG hub in Ayodhya on the force’s 41st Raising Day. Built at a cost of ₹141 crore, the SOTC will offer advanced counter-terror training. Shah reaffirmed the government’s zero-tolerance policy on terrorism and praised the NSG as the “Force of Last Resort” for its vital role in India’s security.
India will establish four advanced quantum fabrication hubs worth ₹720 crore to boost quantum innovation and strengthen technological self-reliance.
