  • Akasa Air, funded by Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, has launched its brand logo, which is "inspired by elements of the sky."
  • It represents the rising sun's warmth, a bird's simple flight, and an aircraft wing's dependability.
  • The brand's tagline, "It's Your Sky," emphasises Akasa's vow to accept everyone and create an inclusive environment for all Indians, regardless of their socioeconomic or cultural backgrounds.
  • The airline had made an order for 72 '737 Max' jets with Boeing, a US-based aircraft manufacturer, last month. Commercial flights are planned to begin in the first half of 2022.
