Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has released the book titled Spices Statistics at a Glance 2021’.

The book is a compilation of all spice statistics, including the area, production, productivity, export, import, price, and the output value of various spices produced in the country.

The book has been issued by the Directorate of Arecanut and Spices Development, the national nodal body for collecting and compiling spice area and production estimates.

It emphasises the country's progress in the spice business over the last seven years, from 2014-15 to 2020-21.
