Adani group has deployed India's first hydrogen-powered truck for mining logistics in Chhattisgarh, which can carry 40 tonnes of cargo over a 200-kilometre range, the conglomerate said.
Adani Enterprises, the flagship company of the group, flagged off hydrogen fuel cell trucks as it looks to promote cleaner transportation.
