Indian cricketers Abhishek Sharma and Smriti Mandhana have been awarded ICC Players of the Month for September 2025 for their stellar performances. Abhishek scored 314 runs in seven Asia Cup matches with a strike rate of 200, achieving a career-high 931 ICC T20I rating points. Smriti amassed 308 runs in four ODIs against Australia, including India’s fastest 50-ball century, with an average of 77. Their contributions played a key role in India’s international cricket success and earned them recognition from the ICC.
