The Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) is conducting a major recruitment drive for various Inter Level Posts (including Lower Division Clerk, Revenue Employee, and Panchayat Secretary) under Advertisement No. 02/23(A).

The selection process for the BSSC Inter Level Exam consists of the following four stages:
Prelims Exam (Preliminary Examination): This is the first stage and will be conducted for all successfully registered candidates.
Mains Exam: Candidates who qualify in the Prelims Exam will proceed to the Mains Exam.
Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the Mains Exam will be called for Document Verification.
Skill Test: Depending on the post, some candidates may have to undergo a Skill Test.
Exam Mode: Online (Computer based Test)/ Offline mode.

Total Questions: 150
Total Marks: 600
Marks per Correct Answer: 04
Negative Marking: 01 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed the 12th Class (Intermediate) examination or possess an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
Age Limit (as on August 1, 2025):
The minimum age required is 18 years.
The maximum age for Unreserved (UR) Male candidates is 37 years.
The maximum age for UR Female, BC, and EBC candidates is 40 years.
The maximum age for SC and ST candidates is 42 years.
