Panel on the basis of an online computer-based examination for appointment to the posts of "Amin (Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change) under District Sub-Cadre" under the Government of Bihar will be constructed.
Essential Educational Qualification:
It is necessary to pass intermediate (10 + 2) or equivalent examination from a recognized board / equivalent institute.
Age Limit:
i. The age limit will be fixed on 01.08.2019.
Minimum age - 18 years.
Maximum Age - Unreserved (Male) - 37 years, Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class (Male and Female) - 40 years, Unreserved (Female) - 40 years, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Male and Female) - 42 years.
ii. Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms: In the light of present Resolution Resolution No. 2374 dated 10.07.2007 of the General Administration Department, the maximum age limit for joining the service/cadre of the higher pay scale for government servants who have completed 3 years continuous service is 5 years The discount of is predictable. Also, in the light of Resolution Memorandum 62 dated 05.01.2007 of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, the maximum age limit for the disabled is estimated to be 10 years.
iii. In the light of letter 2447 dated 06.03.1990 of Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Government of Bihar, ex-servicemen will be given a concession equivalent to the sum of 3 years in the age limit and the period of service spent in the defense service. Provided that his actual age does not exceed 53 years as on the date of application.

Mode of Payment:
The payment of examination fees can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro) / Credit Cards/ Internet Banking and offline / NEFT Challan.
Procedure/Instructions/Guidelines for Online Filling of Application Form:
To fill the online application, candidates should visit the website: bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and click on the "Online Portal of Amin" link and click on the "Apply Online" link. After this, the instructions for filling the application form (Instruction) will be seen, the candidate should read and understand it well.
(i) Step-One (Registration)
To fill the application form, the candidate should first click on the "Click here for Registration" link and complete the registration process by entering all the information sought on the computer screen correctly. While registering the candidates, keep in mind that they have their own email_id and mobile no. Using registration, because registration and other related information, same email_id and mobile no. Will be sent to Successfully registration and other related information same email_id and mobile no. Will be sent to After successful registration, the candidate's email_id and mobile no. Provisional Registration Number and Password will be sent. It will be the responsibility of the applicant to keep the email_id, mobile number and Provisional Registration Number and Password mentioned in the online application, otherwise the person will not be responsible for any kind of trouble.
(ii) Step-Two (Basic Details)
After successful registration, candidates enter their registration number and password, click on the Submit button and login to their account and fill the required details related to Basic Details on the computer screen completely and click on the Save & Next button.
(iii) Step-Three (Education Qualification Details)
After filling the basic details, the candidate should fill the required entries related to educational qualification on the computer screen completely and click on the Save & Next button.
(iv) Step-Four (Work Experience)
After filling the Educational Qualification Details, the candidate should fill the required Entries related to the Work Experience on the computer screen completely and click on the Save & Next button.
(v) Step-Five (Upload Photo, Signature & Documents)
After filling the information related to the Work Experience / Work Experience, the candidate should sign his High Contrast color passport size photographs and scan according to the instructions given on the computer screen and upload it to the designated place. Also, upload the scan copy of the desired records being sought on the computer screen, upload it in JPG or PDF format and click on the Save & Next button.
(vi) Step-Six (Preview your Application)
After uploading their photo, signature and desired records, the candidate should check the information given by him thoroughly. If the information is given in Step-Two, Step-Three, Step-Four, and Step-Five is found to be wrong in the course of an investigation, then the candidate can improve his information by clicking this information on the Back button and on the Submit & Next button. Click, so that the information given by you again can be updated.
If all the information in the review of the filled application form is correct, then give your declaration and click on the "Final Submit" button, so that the candidate can submit the examination fee.
(vii) Step-Seven (Payment your Application)
Seeing the preview of all the entries filled by the candidate, after doing the "Final Submit", click on the "Proceed to Payment" button and complete the payment process as per the instructions to fill the examination fee on the computer screen. The examination fee deposited will not be refunded. The following are the two procedures for depositing exam fees.
a. Payment through bank challan: If the candidate wants to deposit the examination fee through the bank challan, then select the offline / NEFT Challan Option from the payment mode shown on the computer screen, download your challan and print and take out the examination marked on the challan You can pay through Cash / NEFT by visiting any bank till the last date of depositing the fee. If the candidate is unable to deposit the examination fee till the last date for depositing the examination fee marked on Challan due to any reason, then the candidate will login to his account again and download the Dobra Challan as per the above procedure and print out the last date for depositing the examination fee mentioned on Challan. Can go to any bank and pay through Cash / NEFT. If the candidate does not do so, then the process of payment of examination fee through challan will be considered as a failure.
The process of payment of examination fee through challan may take about 1 hour to update. If their payment is not updated, they should wait at least 24 hours. If even then the Payment update is not done, then scan the copy of the desired records such as the challan and mail it to email_id: helpdesk.bcecebaminexam@gmail.com of the helpdesk before the scheduled date and time. For problems like non-payment updates after the scheduled date, the email received will not be considered.
b. Online Payment: If the candidate pays the examination fee online; If you want to do this through credit card or debit card or net banking, then select Online Option from the payment mode shown on the computer screen and do it through credit or debit card or net banking. On depositing the examination fee, the candidate will have to pay the additional amount of processing charge.
c. The following is the required statement regarding the payment of examination fees from the above methods;
d. An amount of Rs 200 / - (two hundred) to male candidates of general / economically weaker class / backward class / extremely backward class and 100 / - to women candidates of general / economically weaker class / backward class / extremely backward class. (One hundred) rupees will have to be paid as an examination fee. Whereas for SC / ST category male / female candidates and disabled / quota male / female candidates, an amount of Rs 100 / - (one hundred) will have to be paid as an examination fee.
(viii) Step-Eight (Download / Print Application Form / Money Receipt)
After paying for the date and time fixed by the board, the candidate should download the application form filled by him and print it out and keep it safe with him, as it will contain all the entries filled by you, which can be used by you in future. And can be asked by the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Bihar, Patna to present in any kind of investigation.
