Essential Educational Qualifications (as on 16-08-2021): 

The candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government. Candidates who have an integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 16.08.2021.

Candidates who are in the final year/ semester of their graduation may also apply. Their application shall be provisional,  subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will be required to produce the proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 16.08.2021 for the recruitment of year 2021. 

Age limit (As on 01-04-2021):

The age limit of the candidates is  from 

20 to 28 years.

* A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1993 and not later than 01.04.2001 (both days are inclusive).*

Important Note:

I. Questions papers will be of Objective type Multiple Choice Questions. 

II. Each question will carry 1 mark.

III. Questions will be set in both Hindi and English.

IV. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

V. No minimum qualifying marks have been prescribed for individual test scores OR for the aggregate score.

Scheme of Mains Examinations:

II. Questions will be set both in Hindi and English.

III. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

IV. No minimum qualifying marks for the individual subjects have been prescribed.

Test of specified opted local language:

All candidates must be proficient in a local language as listed in the designated list of local languages according to different circles. 

Candidates who have studied the opted local language and can produce a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate of having studied the language shall be exempt from taking any Language test, given that they qualify for the mains test. 

In the case of others (qualified for selection), specified opted local language tests will be conducted after provisional selection but before joining. Candidates are expected to be profound in the local language.  Any candidates not found proficient in specified opted local language would be disqualified.

Step 4: Just go to the official notification and then click on 'Apply Online' for the SBI Clerk Application Form.

Step 5: Choose 'Click Here for New Registration.'

Step 6: Carefully read the instructions before clicking 'Continue.'

Step 7: Enter your basic information, such as your name, your phone number, and your email address.

Step 8: Enter the security code and press the 'Save & Next' button. At this point, you will be given a Provisional Registration Number and Password, which will be provided to you through SMS and email. Make a note of them.

Step 9: Upload scanned images of your signature and photograph in the specified dimensions, then click 'Next' button.

Step 10: Fill out the form with the post you apply for, your category, and other personal information. Enter your postal address as well as your PIN code. Validate the information and then click 'Save & Next' button.

Step 11: Fill out your educational and experience information, etc. Validate them and then click 'Save & Next' button.

Step 12: Double-check all of the information you've entered. Check the box next to the declaration statement if everything is accurate. Also, double-check your signature. Click the 'Final Submit' button.

Step 13: Upload a scanned image of a handwritten declaration in the format specified.

Step 14: Pay the SBI Clerk application fee and print out the application form and confirmation page for future reference.
