CHSL (10+2)

The Staff Selection Commission is an authorized organization working under the Government of India. The SSC does all the required procedures for recruitment of efficient candidates into various posts in Departments & Ministries in Government of India. The SSC releases notifications every year for recruitment of skilled applicants. Candidates are selected based upon their performance in the exams conducted by SSC.

Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination is conducted by SSC for the recruitment of Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC) and Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant posts.

Selection Procedure : SSC has provided the new notication dated 8th October for the conduct of the CHSL(10+2) examination. Exactly on the lines of CGL Tier -I, CHSL has been modified. The exam duration has been shortened to 75 minutes,the number of questions will be 100, but the total marks will be same as 200. There will be Tier-II examination of desriptive nature, of 100 marks, in the "pen and paper mode".The duration of Tier -II examination will be for 1 hour.
