Panel on the basis of an online computer-based examination for appointment to the posts of "Amin (Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change) under District Sub-Cadre" under the Government of Bihar will be constructed.

Description

Online Computer Based for appointment to the posts of "Amin (Circle Amin / Land Reforms Sub-Collector Office / Land Acquisition Directorate) under District Sub Cadre" under Revenue and Land Reform Department (Government of Bihar) Based on the exam, a panel will be created.

The selection process for Online Computer Based Examination (CBT)

Short-listing of applications received from candidates for direct appointment to the post of Amin was done by the department/examination authority on the basis of the marks obtained in the intermediate and intermediate equivalent examination of the candidates and their experience of the Amin experienced under the State Government. Online Computer Based Examination (Examination Topic)

i. There will be a question paper in the competitive examination, which will have the following two parts.

Second Section: General Mathematics - 25 marks.

iii. The medium of language in the examination will be English / Hindi.

iv. The total number of questions for the exam will be 75.

Required Procedure for Online Application

To fill the online application, candidates should visit the website: bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and click on the "Online Portal of Amin" link and click on the "Apply Online" link. After this, the instructions for filling the application form (Instruction) will be seen, the candidate should read and understand it well.

 

(i) Step-One (Registration)

To fill the application form, the candidate should first click on the "Click here for Registration" link and complete the registration process by entering all the information sought on the computer screen correctly. While registering the candidates, keep in mind that they have their own email_id and mobile no. Using registration, because registration and other related information, same email_id and mobile no. Provisional Registration Number and Password will be sent. (ii) Step-Two (Basic Details)

After successful registration, candidates enter their registration number and password, click on the Submit button and login to their account and fill the required details related to Basic Details on the computer screen completely and click on the Save & Next button.

(iii) Step-Three (Education Qualification Details)

After filling the basic details, the candidate should fill the required entries related to educational qualification on the computer screen completely and click on the Save & Next button.

(iv) Step-Four (Work Experience)

After filling the Educational Qualification Details, the candidate should fill the required Entries related to the Work Experience on the computer screen completely and click on the Save & Next button.

(v) Step-Five (Upload Photo, Signature & Documents)

After filling the information related to the Work Experience / Work Experience, the candidate should sign his High Contrast color passport size photographs and scan according to the instructions given on the computer screen and upload it to the designated place. Also, upload the scan copy of the desired records being sought on the computer screen, upload it in JPG or PDF format and click on the Save & Next button.

(vi) Step-Six (Preview your Application)

After uploading their photo, signature and desired records, the candidate should check the information given by him thoroughly. If the information is given in Step-Two, Step-Three, Step-Four, and Step-Five is found to be wrong in the course of an investigation, then the candidate can improve his information by clicking this information on the Back button and on the Submit & Next button. Click, so that the information given by you again can be updated.

If all the information in the review of the filled application form is correct, then give your declaration and click on the "Final Submit" button, so that the candidate can submit the examination fee.

(vii) Step-Seven (Payment your Application)

Seeing the preview of all the entries filled by the candidate, after doing the "Final Submit", click on the "Proceed to Payment" button and complete the payment process as per the instructions to fill the examination fee on the computer screen. The examination fee deposited will not be refunded. The following are the two procedures for depositing exam fees.

a. Payment through bank challan: If the candidate wants to deposit the examination fee through the bank challan, then select the offline / NEFT Challan Option from the payment mode shown on the computer screen, download your challan and print and take out the examination marked on the challan You can pay through Cash / NEFT by visiting any bank till the last date of depositing the fee. If the candidate is unable to deposit the examination fee till the last date for depositing the examination fee marked on Challan due to any reason, then the candidate will login to his account again and download the Dobra Challan as per the above procedure and print out the last date for depositing the examination fee mentioned on Challan. Can go to any bank and pay through Cash / NEFT. If the candidate does not do so, then the process of payment of examination fee through challan will be considered as a failure.

The process of payment of examination fee through challan may take about 1 hour to update. If their payment is not updated, they should wait at least 24 hours. If even then the Payment update is not done, then scan the copy of the desired records such as the challan and mail it to email_id: helpdesk.bcecebaminexam@gmail.com of the helpdesk before the scheduled date and time. For problems like non-payment updates after the scheduled date, the email received will not be considered.

b. Online Payment: If the candidate pays the examination fee online; If you want to do this through credit card or debit card or net banking, then select Online Option from the payment mode shown on the computer screen and do it through credit or debit card or net banking. On depositing the examination fee, the candidate will have to pay the additional amount of processing charge.

c. The following is the required statement regarding the payment of examination fees from the above methods;

d. An amount of Rs 200 / - (two hundred) to male candidates of general / economically weaker class / backward class / extremely backward class and 100 / - to women candidates of general / economically weaker class / backward class / extremely backward class. (One hundred) rupees will have to be paid as examination fee. Whereas for SC / ST category male / female candidates and disabled / quota male / female candidates, an amount of Rs 100 / - (one hundred) will have to be paid as examination fee.

(viii) Step-Eight (Download / Print Application Form / Money Receipt)

After paying for the date and time fixed by the board, the candidate should download the application form filled by him and print it out and keep it safe with him, as it will contain all the entries filled by you, which can be used by you in future. And can be asked by the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Bihar, Patna to present in any kind of investigation.

Note

a. After successfully filling the application form, a confirmation email will be sent to the candidate's email_id, which will contain the information filled by the candidate.

b. There will be no need to send hard-copy of the downloaded application to the Board Office.

c. There is no provision for any change / modification in the Application Form after finally completing the Online Application Form after completing all the above-mentioned procedures.

d. Candidates may note that after the Submission of the Application Form, it can neither be Withdraw nor a request for refund of the examination fee submitted will be accepted.

e. The Board will not be responsible for internet or banking interference. Therefore, the candidates will not wait for the last dates and complete all the procedures before that.

(ix) Incompletely filled or altered or tampered online applications will be rejected.

(x) In the process of selecting the information filled in the online application for the Online Computer Based Examination (CBT), any type of error in the order of matching the certificate/mark sheet and other desired records uploaded by the candidate. If found, their candidature will be canceled.

(xi) In the Online Computer Based Examination (CBT), the candidature will be canceled if the original records of successful/qualified candidates are found to be incorrect in order to match the information filled in the online application and the uploaded records. Also, legal action can be taken against them.

 

Examination Center and Admit Card

Examination Center:

The examination center of the candidates will be marked on their admit card. The candidates will appear in the examination at the designated examination center. Under no circumstances will it be allowed to change the designated examination center.

Admit Card: (Admit Card)

After checking the applications received, the admit card for the examination for the applicants found suitable can be obtained by downloading the Board's website: bceceboard.bihar.gov.in, which will be valid for appearing in this examination. . On receiving the admit card, every applicant must read the instructions written on it.

Candidates can get their admit card through the following method:

of AMIN-2019, click on the link, then the candidate will get his registration number at the designated place of the portal. After adding the date of birth and clicking on the Submit Button, download the Admit Card.

Click on the Download Admit Card button and download it.

It is necessary for every candidate to complete all the information / entries mentioned in the Admit Card as soon as he receives the Admit Card and if there is any error in them, then by the Nodal Officer, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, B.C. .ECE Board Office, IAS Sangh Bhawan, near Patna Airport, Patna, 4 (four) days before the date of examination, on any working day between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm

Essentially, contact for the desired amendment, otherwise no amendment will be done after this date and the candidate will be responsible for any kind of error in the Admit Card.

Note: At the designated place of Admit Card, it is mandatory for the applicant-candidate to be fully signed before the invigilator at the time of examination.

Merit list

Direct appointment to the posts of Amin will be done on the basis of the recommendation received by the Examination Authority according to the declared result by adding the marks obtained in the examination conducted for the posts of Amin and the marks determined for the experience.

However, the experience will be calculated according to the calendar year and the experience of more than six months in a calendar year will be considered as zero years with less experience of one year and six months.

In the light of Resolution No. 2374 dated 16.07.2007 of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, the minimum qualification for the candidates has been determined as follows -

General Class 40%, Backward Class 36.5%, Extremely Backward Class 34%, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Women Class 32%.

It is necessary to obtain the above qualifying marks separately in both subjects.

For each post, the post wise merit list prepared by the candidates according to the total marks obtained by them in this computer-based online examination of their post-cadre, as per the total marks and Kandika-6 (i). Will be done .

If in a computer-based online examination of a post-cadre, the total marks obtained by two or more candidates will be equal, then the hierarchy will be determined by the following method.

The candidate who has got more marks in the subject section-A of computer-based online examination, his or her hierarchy will be up. If there is an indecisive state then -

The candidate who has got more marks in the subject Section-B of computer-based online examination will have a higher ranking.

Even if the situation is still inconclusive, then the age of the candidate whose age is higher will be higher.

 

Counseling / Interview

As per their merit, candidates included in merit list will be called by Bihar Joint Entrance Competition Examination Board, Bihar, Patna for Counseling / Interview and their original certificates will be checked. After this Counseling / Interview Interview and examination of certificates, only those candidates who are deemed eligible for appointment will be considered for selection for appointment as decided.

Regarding the counseling / interview, the time, date and place information will be communicated to the candidates included in the merit list through the website of the board / through the advertisement published in the newspapers.

In counseling / examination, the candidates will be required to bring their Admit Card, their educational qualification and other related original certificates for this computer based online examination.

 

Other Directions:

(i) All the entries in the last filled online application will be final and irrevocable. Under no circumstances will it be amended.

(ii) Incomplete application will be rejected and the examination fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates will be fully responsible for this.

(iii) The decision of the Board / Department on the eligibility / ineligibility point for any candidate to appear in the examination will be final. Similarly, candidates will be able to appear in the examination, which will be issued by the admit card.

(iv) Candidates who have been passed the order to be denied examination in cases of misconduct for a period specified by the Union Public Service Commission / Other Selection Commission.

(v) The candidature will be canceled if any kind of advocacy or getting done or wrong / incomplete information is given.

(vi) Department of Revenue and Land Reforms reserves the right to change the number of vacancies available post wise without giving any reason. Apart from this, the revenue and Land Reforms Department / BCEEC Board will also have the right to select candidates through this computer-based online examination on similar additional posts / posts.

(vii) Bihar Joint Entrance Competition Examination Board / Revenue and Land Reform Department will have the right to amend / delete / change any information / provision related to this computer based online examination mentioned in the prospectus. Such amendment / deletion / change will be communicated to the candidate before the interview as soon as practicable or at the time of the interview.

(viii) In the light of Bihar Examination Conduct Act 1981, if any candidate / applicant / candidate is found guilty of misconduct or indulging in misconduct, legal action will be taken against him by canceling his candidature.

There will be complete restriction on carrying of electronic gadgets such as Bluetooth etc. / electronic devices / mobile phones or other guided items at the examination center. Action will also be taken to expose the candidate / candidate from the examination, use of electronic gadget / device, cancellation of candidature and registration of FIR against the candidate for using the gadget / device.

(ix) This computer based online examination is conducted only for merit building panel. On this basis, the appointment is not guaranteed.

(x) Any dispute regarding the creation of a panel for appointment on the basis of this computer based online examination will be filed in the High Court, Patna or any court in Patna. The same suit will be valid.

(xi) If an applicant / candidate is allowed to take the exam by mistake, which should not have been found otherwise, and if the address of this mistake goes after joining the merit list or after appointment, then the candidate should be included in merit list Despite being appointed, he will be denied or even after appointment he will be released from service. In this regard, the claim / right of the applicant candidate will be invalid.

(xii) The claim for appointment will not be admissible only after the issuance of Admit Card for this computer based online examination.

(xiii) If the candidature of an applicant candidate is canceled, he will not be obliged to inform it.

(xiv) Revenue and Land Reforms Department / Board reserves the right to change or delete any rule / information / provision contained in this prospectus for the applicant / candidate.

(xv) Instructions issued to the applicant / candidate before the computer-based online examination/examination period / after the examination, which will be given on the designated website / in the newspapers, all those rules/instructions are part of this prospectus. Will be

(xvi) After the publication of the merit list, the original certificates/records, etc. will be closely examined in the interview. If a candidate is found guilty of having fake certificates / not appearing in the examination himself or indulging in other forms of misconduct in such investigations, then legal action can be taken against him immediately and cancellation of his candidature.

Who is this for?

Academic age

For an appointment to the post of Amin, the candidate must have passed intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized board / equivalent institution.

Health qualification

The applicant must be mentally and physically fit so that they can fulfill the duties prescribed for the relevant posts/posts with competence.

The selected candidate will be taken a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by the civil surgeon at the time of contribution.

Nationality

The applicant must be a citizen of India.

Age Range

i. The age limit will be fixed on 01.08.2019.

Minimum age - 18 years.

Maximum Age - Unreserved (Male) - 37 years, Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class (Male and Female) - 40 years, Unreserved (Female) - 40 years, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Male and Female) - 42 years.

ii. Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms: In the light of present Resolution Resolution No. 2374 dated 10.07.2007 of General Administration Department, the maximum age limit for joining the service/cadre of the higher pay scale for government servants who have completed 3 years continuous service is 5 years The discount of is predictable. Also, in the light of Resolution Memorandum 62 dated 05.01.2007 of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, the maximum age limit for the disabled is estimated to be 10 years.

iii. In the light of letter 2447 dated 06.03.1990 of Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Government of Bihar, ex-servicemen will be given a concession equivalent to the sum of 3 years in the age limit and the period of service spent in the defense service. Provided that his actual age does not exceed 53 years as on the date of application.

Reservation / Reservation Category / Reservation Policy:

i. For this computer-based online examination for an appointment, the rules/policies of the Government of Bihar related reservation will be followed until the initial date of sending the online application.

ii. Applicants who are native to Bihar and who have duly and appropriate caste certificate for reservation from the competent official of the Government of Bihar will be considered eligible for reservation.

iii. Applicants who are not native to Bihar will not be eligible for reservation benefits as per the rules laid down by the General Administration Department of the Government of Bihar for the above post.

iv. No change will be made in the reservation category claimed in the online application form and no application will be considered in this regard. Claiming incorrect reservations will be considered in the Unreserved (UR) category.

Reservation of posts under Divyang Kota and grandson/granddaughter/grandson result of freedom fighters

Both of the following constants will be horizontal.

i. For the differently-abled (by any category), 16 posts are reserved for the visually handicapped, 21 for the deaf disabled, 19 for the differently-abled and 12 for the mentally handicapped.
