Toll plazas to become fully cashless from April 1:

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has announced that all toll plazas across national highways will go completely cashless from April 1. According to Secretary V. Umashankar, only FASTag and UPI payments will be accepted, a move aimed at reducing congestion, saving fuel, and improving travel efficiency.
