Repco Bank, a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Home Affairs, presented a ₹22.90 crore dividend cheque for FY 2024-25 to Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah in New Delhi. The bank posted a record net profit of ₹140 crore during the year, marking its highest-ever financial performance and paying a 30% dividend. The government holds a 50.08% stake in the cooperative bank.
