About ISSF Junior World Championship
v The ISSF World Cup was created in 2016 by the International Shooting Sport Federation to give junior shooters with a comparable competition to the ISSF World Cup. A 'junior,' according to the ISSF, is an athlete who is under the age of 21 on December 31 of the competition year. It includes a wide range of Olympic and non-Olympic rifle, pistol, and shotgun events, as well as one or two competitions per year in each category.
