  • Japan finished second with 11 medals, while Argentina placed third. Nepal impressed with 52 medals (second-highest total). Competitions included Traditional Yogasana, Artistic Single/Pair/Group, Rhythmic Pair, and specialized events like Forward Bend, Back Bend, Hand Balance, and Leg Balance. The championship highlighted India’s expertise in yoga and strengthened Ahmedabad’s status as a global sporting destination.
