The Uttar Pradesh Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana 2026–27 has invited online applications until 5:00 PM on July 15, 2026. The scheme aims to empower traditional artisans by providing free skill training, a training stipend, and modern toolkits to support self-employment. Eligible applicants must be permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh, 18 years or older, engaged in a traditional occupation, and not loan defaulters, with only one member per family eligible to apply.
The scheme covers trades like carpenter, blacksmith, tailor, and potter. It complements the central PM Vishwakarma Scheme and targets OBC, SC, ST, minorities, and EWS. Eligible applicants must be UP residents above 18 engaged in traditional occupations. Applications are submitted online via the official MSME portal.
