The Pradhan Mantri Kisan SAMPADA Yojana (PMKSY)—a demand-driven central sector scheme—accepts applications from eligible entities, including Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), through an Expression of Interest process across all districts, including Hazaribagh and Koderma in Jharkhand.
Funds are not allocated on a state-wise basis under PMKSY components.

FPOs receive enhanced benefits:

50% subsidy on project cost (higher than 35% in general areas),

Under Food Safety & Quality Assurance, 70% subsidy (versus 50% for others),

Reduced equity contribution (10% instead of 20%),

Lower credit requirement (10% instead of 20%),

Reduced net-worth criteria (equal to the grant sought instead of 1.5× for general applicants).
