  • The Pradhan Mantri Kisan SAMPADA Yojana (PMKSY)—a demand-driven central sector scheme—accepts applications from eligible entities, including Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), through an Expression of Interest process across all districts, including Hazaribagh and Koderma in Jharkhand.
  • Funds are not allocated on a state-wise basis under PMKSY components.

FPOs receive enhanced benefits:

50% subsidy on project cost (higher than 35% in general areas),

Under Food Safety & Quality Assurance, 70% subsidy (versus 50% for others),

Reduced equity contribution (10% instead of 20%),

Lower credit requirement (10% instead of 20%),

Reduced net-worth criteria (equal to the grant sought instead of 1.5× for general applicants).
