Har Ghar Tiranga 2026 Campaign

The Ministry of Culture launched the Har Ghar Tiranga 2026 campaign on 6 August in New Delhi. The nationwide drive will run from 9 to 17 August and marks the fifth year of the initiative that began in 2022 under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. Citizens are encouraged to hoist the Tiranga at their homes.
The 2026 edition is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram, India’s National Song, with mass singing and an online tutorial for correct rendition available on the official portal. Partition Horrors Remembrance Day will be observed on 14 August as part of the schedule.
