Andhra Pradesh and Australia signed four MoUs in Amaravati on 2 August 2026.
Areas: clean energy/solar manufacturing, inclusive education, student mental health, skill development.
Partners include UNSW Sydney, IIT Tirupati, Samagra Shiksha, APSCHE and APS Skill Development Corporation.
Key outcomes: Centre of Excellence for Solar Manufacturing at IIT Tirupati; teacher training for neurodiverse learners; free student mental-health pilot; vocational training and international employment pathways.
Followed Nara Lokesh’s Australia visit and CM Naidu’s meeting with Australian delegation.
