Aernnova Aerospace, a leading aerospace supplier, has signed a multi-year sourcing agreement valued at approximately $300 million with Mahindra Aerostructures Pvt. Ltd. (MASPL). The contract involves manufacturing of metal sub-assemblies and components for various Airbus aircraft models and the Embraer aircraft family, including the C390 Millennium military transport aircraft. The supplies will be directed to Aernnova’s facilities in Spain, the U.K., Portugal, and Brazil. This agreement further deepens a decade-long strategic partnership that began in 2013.
