On June 6, 2022, IBPS announced IBPS RRB 2022 notification pdf to recruit suitable banking aspirants for 8106 openings in various Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) throughout the nation for RRB Office Assistant (Clerk) and Officers Scale-I, II, and III. The IBPS RRB (CRP RRBs-XI) Notification 2022 has been issued in its entirety, including the IBPS RRB eligibility criteria, online application link, vacancies, selection procedure, test centres, IBPS RRB exam pattern and curriculum, and so on.

The preliminary and mains examination of the IBPS RRB Officers Scale –I and Office Assistant exam is divided into sections as well as the Single examination of the IBPS RRB Officers Scale –II & III. Candidates who pass these exams will be considered for the IBPS RRB Officers Scale and Office Assistant 2022 positions.

In addition to English and Hindi, the preliminary and mains examinations for IBPS Clerk will be held in other regional languages.     Eligibility Criteria

    Essential Educational Qualifications: 

    (A) Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

    Bachelor's (Graduation) degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university.

    Proficiency in the local language as specified by the participating RRB/s

    Computer proficiency is required.

    (B) Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

    Bachelor's (Graduation) degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy will be given preference.

    Proficiency in the local language as specified by the participating RRB/s

    Computer proficiency is required.

    (C) Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)

    Bachelor’s (Graduation) degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate. Candidates with degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Horticulture, Forestry, Agriculture, Pisciculture, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Law, Economics, Information Technology, Management, and Accountancy will be given preference. Two years as a bank or financial institution officer.

    (D) Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)

    (D-I) Information Technology Officer

    Bachelor’s (Graduation) degree from a recognised University in Computer Science / Information Technology/ Electronics / Communication or its equivalent with at least 50 percent aggregate marks.

    Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc. One year of experience in a similar field.

    (D-II) Chartered Accountant

    Certified Associate (CA) from the (ICAI) Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. One Year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.

    (D-III) Law Officer

    Degree from a recognized university in Law or its equivalent with at least 50 percent aggregate marks. Two years as an advocate or at least two years as a law officer in a bank or financial institution.

    (D-IV) Treasury Manager

    MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant from a recognized institution or university. One year of experience in a similar field.

    (D-V) Marketing Officer

    MBA in Marketing from a recognized university. One year of experience in a similar field.

    (D-VI)  Agricultural Officer

    Bachelor’s (Graduation) degree in Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture Dairy/ Veterinary Science/ from a recognized university or its equivalent qualification with at least 50 percent aggregate marks. Two years of experience in a similar field.

    (E) Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates with Degree/ Diploma in Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing Veterinary Science, Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, and Co-operation, Management, Law, Information Technology, Economics, and Accountancy will be given preference. At least five years experience as an Officer in a Financial Institutions or Bank.

     

    Age limit (as on 01-06-2021):

    For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager):

    The applicants must be between the ages of 21 years - 40 years.

    *A candidate must have been born between June 3, 1981, and May 31, 2000 (both dates inclusive)*.

     

    For Officer Scale-II (Manager):

    The applicants must be between the ages of 21 years - 32 years.

    *A candidate must have been born between June 3, 1989, and May 31, 2000 (both dates inclusive)*.

     

    For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager):

    The applicants must be between the ages of 18 years - 30 years.

    *A candidate must have been born between June 3, 1991, and May 31, 2003 (both dates inclusive)*.

     

    For Office Assistant (Multipurpose):

    The applicants must be between the ages of 18 years and 28 years.

    Cut Off Score:

    For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - To be considered for provisional allotment, each candidate will need to achieve a minimum score in each test of the Online Main examination.

    For Officers Scale-I - To be considered for an interview, each candidate will need to achieve a minimum score in each test of the Online Main examination.

    For Officers Scale-II and III - To be considered for an interview, each candidate will need to achieve a minimum score in each test of the Online Main examination.

     

    Interview: Applicable only for the position of Officers Scale I, II, and III

    Officers Scale-I, II, and III interviews will be conducted by Participating Banks and organised by the Nodal Bank in each State/UT with the assistance of IBPS. The shortlisted candidates will be informed of the centre, address of the venue, time and date of the interview in the call letter.

    • The total number of marks allotted for the interview is 100.

    • The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be as per the guidelines for Officers Scale I, II, and III.

    • The weightage (ratio) of the Online Main Examination and also the interview will be 80:20.

    Candidates' combined final score will be based on their performance in the Online Main Examination for Officers Scale I and the Single Level Examination for Officers Scale II and III under CRP for RRBs- X and Interview.

     

    Provisional Allotment

    On completion of the interview process/main examination, based on the vacancies to be filled as per the professional requirements of RRBs and reported to IBPS, the shortlisted candidates will be given merit-cum-preference keeping in view the spirit of Govt. Reservation Policy Guidelines, as well as other guidelines issued by the government of India and others from time to time, administrative exigencies, etc.

    Step One: Registration in IBPS RRB Officer Scale and Office Assistant.

    - Visit the official IBPS website.

    - On the IBPS home page, go to the 'IBPS RRB Officer Scale and Office Assistant apply online' option.

    - To register, go to the 'New Registration' link and fill out the form.

    - Enter information such as the name of the post, your name, your phone number, your email address, and the security code.

    - IBPS Clerk registration number and password are generated after successful completion.

    - The registration number and password are sent to the candidates' registered email address and mobile number.

    Step Second: Upload your photo, signature, and Left Thumb Impression.

    - Candidates must next upload scanned photos of their photograph, signature, and Left Thumb Impression in the step second.

    Step Three: Fill in the required details.

    - Candidates must submit their educational qualifications, IBPS Clerk exam centres, select the participating banks, choose languages, and other information in this section.

    Step Four: Pay the exam fee

    - Payments can be made through debit/credit cards, online banking, IMPS, cash cards/mobile wallets, and cash cards/mobile wallets.
